1. Appointment Booking & Deposits

  • All tattoo appointments require a non-refundable deposit to secure your booking.

  • Deposits will be applied toward the final cost of the tattoo.

  • If you cancel or reschedule less than 48 hours before your appointment, the deposit will be forfeited.

  • Walk-ins are welcome but subject to artist availability.

2. Payment

  • Full payment is due upon completion of the tattoo.

  • We accept cash, debit, credit cards, and e-transfers (where applicable).

  • Taxes are included in pricing unless otherwise specified.

3. Health & Safety

  • By booking an appointment, you confirm you are in good health and do not have any conditions that would affect tattoo healing or safety (e.g., skin infections, allergies to ink or latex, blood disorders).

  • Please inform your artist of any medical conditions or allergies before your session.

  • Pregnant or nursing clients are advised to consult with their healthcare provider before getting tattooed.

  • Stigmata Tattoos follows all provincial health and safety regulations to ensure a sterile and safe environment.

4. Aftercare

  • Proper aftercare is essential for healing. Detailed aftercare instructions will be provided after your tattoo session.

  • Failure to follow aftercare instructions may result in poor healing or infection, which Stigmata Tattoos cannot be held responsible for.

5. Artwork & Design

  • Custom designs will be created in collaboration with the client. Final approval is required before tattooing begins.

  • Stigmata Tattoos reserves the right to refuse any tattoo design that is illegal, offensive, or inappropriate.

  • Copyright of all original artwork created by Stigmata Tattoos artists remains with the artist.

6. Refunds & Liability

  • Due to the nature of tattooing, all sales are final. No refunds or exchanges will be issued once the tattoo process has started.

  • Stigmata Tattoos is not responsible for allergic reactions, infections, or complications resulting from the tattoo or failure to follow aftercare instructions.

7. Photography & Promotion

  • By booking a tattoo, you consent to photos of your tattoo being taken for promotional use by Stigmata Tattoos unless otherwise requested in writing.

  • If you do not wish your tattoo to be photographed, please notify the artist before your session.

8. Privacy

  • Your personal information is kept confidential and will only be used for booking and communication purposes.
